Litigation Associate

A prestigious Am Law and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes in both state and federal courts.The role requires exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills as well as hands-on experience with written and document discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and arguing motions.
