You will provide legal counsel to support Primrose’s real estate and development-related plans and priorities including the acquisition and conversion of existing child care centers to the Primrose brand. You will partner with internal teams and outside counsel on real estate and development matters, including related franchise issues. You will provide legal support on general corporate/miscellaneous matters as needed.
