Flexible remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.About the roleThis is a unique strategic opportunity for an experienced People Ops Business Partner to lead various human resources initiatives, shape the culture, and help build the People Operations team from the ground up. The role requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, collaboration with a supportive team, and a focus on delivering an excellent employee experience. This is a generalist role touching on several core HR functions including business partnership, performance management, and organizational optimization.What you will doUse periodic evaluations and frequent touch-points to identify development needs at the individual, team, and manager level; partner with managers to implement strategies that improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Provide guidance in total rewards, leveling, employee engagement and culture development, organizational design, change management, employee communications, and people development.Own the entire employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement.Execute on other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team on an ad-hoc basis.We are looking for someone who has3-5 years of HRBP experience plus 1-2 years in a generalist capacity within a high-growth tech environmentHigh level of both IQ and EQHands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesExceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveBachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fieldExperience building teams in a high-growth technology companyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analyze dataExperience supporting senior leaders and influencing people decisions to improve performance and satisfactionCompensation and benefitsCompensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is part of the total compensation package and may include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, health/dental/vision/life and disability insurance, 401k with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Benefits are subject to change and vary by jurisdiction.Base salary ranges for this location are disclosed for transparency: $100,000 - $150,000 USD annually.
