OverviewOur client, an Am Law 100/Vault 100 law firm, seeks a Junior Patent Litigation Associate in their Washington, DC office to support a Chambers-ranked Intellectual Property practice. The role focuses on high-tech patent litigation, representing leading companies in high-stakes IP matters. You will work with experienced attorneys and partners on case strategy, legal research, and litigation preparation.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research related to patent litigation matters.Assist in case preparation and drafting of legal documents.Support the team’s litigation strategy and discovery efforts.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on high-tech IP cases.Qualifications1-3 years of patent litigation experience.Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.JD from a T-20 law school or top 25% of a T-50 law school.District of Columbia bar pensationBase pay range: $225,000.00/yr - $255,000.00/yr.
