Human Resources Director

OverviewThe Director of The People Team will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring HR strategies align with our organizational goals and support a positive, productive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with overall business objectivesOversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboardingManage employee relations, providing coaching and guidance to leadership and staffEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations within several statesManage HR metrics and reporting to evaluate organizational trends and inform decision-makingLead HR policy development, updates, and enforcementPartner with department heads to support organizational development, change management, and succession planningSupervise and mentor the People Team membersQualificationsMBA and HR certification preferredMinimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of labor laws, leave laws in several states and HR best practicesProven ability to build trust across all levels of an organizationStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExperience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments preferredCompensationPay: $175,000-$200,000What we offerPaid time offLocation & ScheduleSchedule: Monday to Friday in-office role in Glendale, CA; this position is non-remote or hybridCompany & RolesSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
