Hybrid/flexible schedule; immediate hire.Base pay range$250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesLead impact cases as a trial attorney that protect and benefit consumers, representing clients with excellence throughout the legal process as first chair in all legal proceedings.Create and oversee legal strategy, case development, and all aspects of trial and settlement.Lead complex legal research and draft high-level motions and oppositions as needed.Provide valuable insights to Partner leadership to strengthen and continually improve the firm, processes, and client impact.Contribute to professional growth within a collaborative, purpose-driven environment focused on advocacy and client outcomes.What you bringA passion for the law and exceptional client representation.Experience leading first-chair civil cases and depositions of witnesses and experts.Proven experience representing clients in hearings and arbitrations and resolving legal and procedural issues terest in advising on enhancing firm operations, internal processes, procedures, and client communication guidelines to strengthen the firm.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active California Bar membership in good standing; 10 years of prior legal experience.Proven successful jury verdicts as first chair.Experience speaking Spanish is a plus but not pensation and benefitsCompensation is dependent upon success in the role with strong opportunities for professional growth and increased compensation, including a clear path to firm partnership. Total compensation for the role ranges between $250,000 and $350,000+ and includes a strong base salary plus a competitive uncapped bonus plan, including bonuses for taking cases to trial and substantial bonuses for favorable results. Starting base salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, plus the significant bonus plan.
