This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of general liability matters while working alongside a collaborative team of skilled attorneys. The position involves managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing strategic legal counsel, developing case strategies, and representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. This is a growth-oriented position with strong opportunities for professional development and advancement within a nationally recognized firm.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal counsel on general liability matters.Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution forums.Advise clients on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other correspondence.Develop strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure for clients through proactive counsel.Stay up to date with changes in general liability to provide clients with current and effective legal advice.Qualifications2+ years of experience in general liability or related practices preferred.Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision.Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills.Experience in defending clients against employment-related claims, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment.Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.J.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed in CA in good standing.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with prehensive benefits package.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Supportive, collaborative work environment.Bonus opportunitiesFlexible workstyle- 2 days on-siteHow to Apply: Apply on-line, or send your resume in confidence to .
