Behavioral Counselors in our East Bay Wrap Program use a high-fidelity model that is honest, family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based. The work is very challenging, and spiritually rewarding, especially to those who may have overcome barriers in the past.Wraparound staff work with families utilizing a comprehensive team-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support.Fred Finch offers free trainings to improve mental health skills, and biannual scholarship opportunities for professional development.Fred Finch has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s Top Workplaces. Fred Finch is dedicated to building a diverse staff to reflect the communities that we serve.RESPONSIBILITIESMeet 1:1 weekly with youth and families to support treatment goals, and provide psychoeducationAttend Child and Family team meetings to collaborate with families and community partners to help families meet their goalsImplement customized behavioral intervention plans with creativity and careCollaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionalsUtilize de-escalation techniquesDeliver culturally responsive services in working with diverse familiesDrive to meet youth and families in their communities (mileage reimbursement provided)Participate in individual and group supervision sessionsShifts Available:Full Time - Hourly; Mon-Fri/9am-5:30pmSalary Range: In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $22.55 and $28.78 per hour.
