Digital Media (Creative Cloud) Solution Consultants listen to a government agencies’ needs, and provide the ideal solution that will empower and delight the people they serve. They can clearly articulate solutions and how they empower teams and add value in the government landscape.What You’ll DoAs a Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales account executives to position Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions to federal government agencies' business problems. Role includes the following:Leading and executing the technical sales process.Understanding customer mission and initiatives through discoveryDelivering customer presentations in-person and novating and creating solutions using Adobe software application.Providing solution demonstrations.Conducting proof-of-concept evaluations.Providing technical validation and assistance to government requestsStaying current on emerging creative technologiesWhat You Need To Succeed7+ years prior experience in design/multimedia or pre-sales role.The ideal candidate has recent experience using or selling the Adobe Creative Cloud applications - specifically Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat. Other solutions include Adobe Express, Firefly, FrameIO, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom – in a presales capacity.Experience working with or for the governmentExceptional presentation and storytelling experienceClearance is a plusExperience in 3D or Animation is a plusDriven to lead multiple projectsExperience in training and user experience designPassionate about bringing creative design experiences to the governmentUnderstanding of government agency security infrastructure, and enterprise software packaging and deploymentsAbility to travel up to 30%No college degree requiredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
