Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this hands-on leadership role will guide a global team and own the digital solutions roadmap—helping drive enterprise-wide efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong technical fluency, and a bias for execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the enterprise digital tools strategy to improve employee productivity and collaborationDrive the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies such as GenAI, RPA, and process automationOversee enterprise intranet, mobile apps, document management systems, and digital workplace platformsImplement and optimize workflows including onboarding/offboarding, collaboration tools, SharePoint, and enterprise searchPromote a culture of experimentation and innovation across both IT and business unitsTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate across all organizational levelsBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing, globally distributed teamsEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)12+ years of experience managing cross-functional IT or digital solution teamsDeep expertise in employee productivity tools and workplace technology ecosystemsDemonstrated experience with GenAI use cases or rollouts within the enterpriseExceptional communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiencesHigh level of accountability, initiative, and ownershipPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Slack EnterpriseProven track record in matrixed, fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience leading diverse, inclusive, and innovation-driven teamsKnowledge of security and privacy standards in digital transformation initiativesWhy UsCompetitive base salary of $200,000–$270,000Bonus opportunities and potential equityFocus on equitable pay and skill-based growthBe part of a mission-driven organization shaping the future of workforce agility for over 100 million users globallyApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
