This role is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, and expanding MedCentris’ visibility and market share.The Executive will design and execute business development plans, lead contract negotiations, and foster partnerships in assigned regions. The Vice President shall perform all customary duties associated with this role and devote full business time and effort to advancing the company’s objectives.Job Responsibilities And DutiesThis position is responsible for business development activities to include forging new relationships in new markets to build MedCentris visibility, impact and increasing market share.The VP of Business Development will design and implement a comprehensive plan for developing relationships and contracts in target markets.Direct and oversee the Account Executives in assigned region including hiring, training, and motivating sales staff.Develop strategic plans for the sales team to effectively promote the MedCentris Wound Medicine Program.Responsible for the oversight of the business development and sales team’s financial budget to ensure business development and growth goals are met and volved with direct sales along with the sales team they oversee. This involves assisting the sales team with customer meetings and seeking out new business through prospecting and marketing.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
