We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team and support our growing client base.Position OverviewThe Corporate Attorney will handle a variety of corporate legal matters, including security, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a passion for corporate law and a track record of successful client representation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.Handle security matters, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from inception to completion.Assist clients with business entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions.Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the State Bar.Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Corporate Attorney.Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.Ability to manage multiple corporate matters and deadlines efficiently.Why Join Us?At our client, they provide a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where attorneys can excel.
