We are persistent every day.About the Role: Vice President of Business DevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to build and lead the go-to-market engine that drives patient referrals and revenue to our infusion centers. Think of yourself as the regional strategy architect, coach, and chief door-opener, responsible for people management, territory planning, and high-level partnerships that fuel our growth.What You’ll DoGrowth StrategyContribute to tools and resources that support scale (e.g., playbooks, trainings, tech)Assist in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; align field tactics with company OKRsAnalyze market data to prioritize expansion into new geographies and servicesTeam LeadershipDirectly manage and grow a team of 8–10 Business Development RepresentativesRecruit, hire, onboard, and coach high-performing team membersRun weekly 1:1s, account reviews, and performance trainingsLead by example in the field and foster a culture of ownership and persistencePartnership DevelopmentCultivate referral relationships with high-volume specialist offices and regional providersIdentify and close strategic partnerships with enterprise healthcare organizations (e.g., IDNs, ACOs, health systems)Structure co-marketing and education programs that build trust and drive referralsCross-Functional ExecutionCollaborate with Operations to ensure seamless handoffs from referral to treatmentPartner with internal teams to provide market feedback and refine messagingEnsure CRM standards and accurate reporting of team performanceRevenue AccountabilityOwn regional revenue and referral volume goalsTrack and present performance trends and forecasts to executive leadershipWhat You BringBachelor's degree in a related field10+ years of business development experience in healthcare (infusion, specialty pharma, or physician services a plus)3+ years of proven people leadership experience, including team building and performance coachingA track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goalsStrong knowledge of working with physicians, nurses, or clinical teamsStrategic thinker who can also execute tacticallyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and CRM proficiencyBased near a Local Infusion market: ME, NH, CT, NJ, MD, VA, MA, or NYWillingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight travelThe Local Infusion WayLocal Infusion is a respectful, upbeat, and remote-first team united by our mission of shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered.
