Analysts in the Pennymac Corporate University Rotational Program will embark on a comprehensive development experience designed to expose them to various facets ofthe organization and industry.Candidates who successfully join the program will have the opportunity to learn and develop within the Finance & Investment, Mortgage Operations, or Corporate Operations areas of the business. The PCU Rotational Programbegins with a specially designed training program focused on industry information, department functions, and foundational skills. Participants then embark on two 6-month rotations; departments are chosen based on mutualinterests and needs of the candidate and the company.The PCU Rotational Program allows candidates to learn through real-world work experience; gain valuable knowledge and skill sets in a variety of business areas. Responsibilities will vary by assignment, but all rotationsallow for opportunities to blend theory with practice and launch an exciting career in the financial services industry.Locations: Southern California (Greater Los Angeles Area - Westlake Village, Moorpark); Carrollton/Fort Worth, TX; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MOA Typical DayParticipate in a structured rotational program including departments in a variety of areas, such as Finance, Capital Markets, Technology, Mortgage Fulfillment, Enterprise Risk Management, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and moreAnalyze and interpret data to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and identify opportunities for improvementLead or contribute to projects that align with departmental and organizational goals including managing timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful outcomesConduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamicsPrepare reports and presentations summarizing and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including managementGather requirements from stakeholders and provide solutionsDisplay an eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take on new assignmentsBe open and receptive to feedbackDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesPerform other related duties as required and assignedWhat You’ll BringMust graduate with a Bachelor's degree (no later than June 30, 2026) in a finance or business-related disciplinewithin 18 months of the program start date on Monday, July 13, 2026Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong business acumenDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyEagerness to learn, collaborate, and take on a variety of assignmentsComfortable working within a fast changing environmentModerate skills proficiency with Google Suite/ MS Office productsA passion for coding and/or familiarity with analytical tools is a plusWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
