OverviewRole: Immigration Attorney in the Litigation Division, based in Boston, MA. This is a full-time, hybrid schedule position. The Immigration Attorney will manage a caseload focused on Removal Proceedings, Asylum Applications, and Detention, and will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients before Immigration Courts. The role involves collaborating with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management and client communication.
