We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, nation-al origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or military status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting multi-state operations.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in Western states (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington state experience required).Experience supporting large, dispersed workforces across multiple locations and functions.Able and available to support operations that are open 7 days a week, including holidays and after hours.Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License with an impeccable driving history.Adherence to residency requirements facilitating work in the United States.Provide proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational needs into HR solutions.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders and employees.Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and change management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom, Workday, or similar systems is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
