In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to uncover insights from complex datasets, develop impactful data solutions, and support strategic decision-making across healthcare payer organizations.ResponsibilitiesExtract, transform, and analyse complex datasets using SQL and PythonDesign and implement analytical models and methodologies to solve critical business problemsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate unstructured business needs into well-defined analytical requirementsPresent analytical findings and actionable insights through compelling reports and presentationsDevelop data-driven strategies tailored to the unique challenges of healthcare payer organizationsMaintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in healthcare analyticsEngage with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with client goalsPartner with consulting teams to drive adoption of analytics across business processes and technology platformsRequirements4 - 6 years of hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulationProficient in Python for data analysis and model developmentExperience in ETL processes and working with data warehousing solutionsExperience working with mainframe data extraction is a mandatoryDemonstrated expertise in the Healthcare Payer industry is mandatoryExcellent communication and presentation abilities to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with clients to define goals, requirements, and success metricsBachelor's degree in a technology-related field.BenefitsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
