Base pay range $80.00/hr - $105.00/hr We are seeking a seasoned Functional Strategy Generalist to join our Global Central Strategy Team for Marketing. This is a temporary backfill role supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and broader strategic initiatives. You will lead and support high-impact projects, drive strategic planning processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and communicate marketing strategy. Responsibilities Lead and support special strategic projects for the CMO Drive annual planning processes including OKRs, budget allocations, and strategic planning Build out strategies and recommendations for leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing and adjacent teams Manage and coach external vendors and consultants Communicate strategy effectively to leadership Conduct strategic analysis to optimize performance and inform decision-making Support executive communications and internal event planning Analyze trends in the future of work and translate insights into actionable strategies Manage workflows in targeting and measurement processes Minimum Qualifications 6+ years in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory OR 4+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, MPP, etc.) 3+ years working with executive stakeholders 2+ years developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives Preferred Experience 10+ years of professional experience Strong strategy/consulting background preferred Demonstrated ability to drive strategic thinking and leadership alignment Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets); familiarity with SQL or Looker is a plus but not required Advanced Business insights & analysis Systems and data analysis Business area knowledge KPI development and tracking Change management Project management Leadership communication Negotiation Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
