This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing high-volume requisitions, and is passionate about building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.This is an individual contributor role—you’ll be hands-on and directly responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent for roles in operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance.What You’ll DoManage 20+ open requisitions at a time across various business unitsOwn the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordinationCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategiesDevelop pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniquesDeliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processPartner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide hiring insightsSupport process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practicesEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment lawsWhat We’re Looking For8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or high-growth environmentsExperience recruiting for operations, engineering, supply chain, or finance rolesStrong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)Critical thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently while collaborating across teamsNice To HaveExperience in a high-volume recruiting environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and UKGBackground in supporting confidential or sensitive search projects/Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
