Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (RPA Developer)Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Once a Month)Job Type: Contract-to-HireJob Summary:We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (RPA Developer) with 5+ years of RPA experience and 3+ years of Pega development to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate must be Pega RPA certified, proficient in Pega Business Process Management (Robot Manager), .NET, and C#, and have hands-on experience creating and managing RPA bots in VMs.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy Pega RPA bots and automation solutions.Manage and upgrade Pega servers, ensuring smooth workflow execution.Work with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing bots.Implement CI/CD pipelines, software best practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).Must-Have Qualifications:Strong .NET/C# knowledge (as Pega runs on it)Experience with Robot Manager for bot deploymentUnderstanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practicesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)Interview Process:3 rounds of interviews + final onsite interview in Reston, VAThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a leading healthcare company.
