Title: Accounting Consultant V Location: Boston, MA Employment Type: Contract Pay Range: $24.50 - $35.00/hr Description Perform month-end close and consolidation activities. Prepare consolidation adjustments and monitor intercompany balancing. Prepare equity roll forward and statement of cash flow. Conduct analytical analysis of financial data. Support the preparation of SEC filings. Create management reports based on financial analysis. Assist with technical accounting memos and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4-6 years of related experience. Advanced proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personnel. Flexibility to manage conflicting priorities under deadlines. Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
