We value collaboration, professional excellence, and a no-ego approach to litigation.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation personal injury casesHandle discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial where necessaryWork closely with partners on case strategy and trial prepCommunicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counselWhat We’re Looking For:5–10 years of civil litigation experienceAt least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injuryStrong writing, communication, and organizational skillsA proactive, collaborative, and grounded approach to client advocacyA commitment to social justice and client-centered pensation and BenefitsBase salary range: In accordance with California’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience.Bonus structure: Performance-based bonus based on fees generatedCompetitive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.Flexible hybrid work environment.To Apply:Please send your resume, a brief cover letter, and a writing sample to .
