As part of our team, you’ll help independent organizations to improve the performance of medical groups, with a focus on governance and leadership, operations, integration, infrastructure, and provider compensation (design, administration, valuation, and compliance).Our team develops solutions for improving performance in medical groups, hospitals, and their affiliated organizations. We partner with our clients in the development and design, implementation, and administration of physician and advanced practice provider strategies and tactics to improve organizational performance, financial sustainability, alignment with hospitals, and regulatory compliance. We also provide transformational implementation support specific to medical group pensation Advisory, Design, and Administration ServicesOur MGO team develops solutions for improving hospital-physician alignment and integration. We partner with our healthcare clients in the development and design, implementation, and administration of physician and advanced practice provider compensation strategies, balancing their goals of market competitiveness, equity, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.Your Opportunity with ECG: ManagerAs a manager at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG’s pay-for-performance philosophy.
