The position will report to the company's General Counsel.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law (preferably, in the areas of real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law).Ability to work with operational teams to accomplish the company's goals.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for self-improvement.Admission into a state bar association.Basic Outline of Scope: Land and lot acquisition efforts, commercial contract review, insurance-related issues, litigation-related issues, company-generated documents, HOA-related issues, corporate governance issues, land use issues, etc.Process: Upon review of resumes, candidates who appear to fit our criteria will receive an email with a pre-interview questionnaire to complete and return.
