This position is ideal for an individual who is dedicated, driven, and passionate about sourcing exceptional candidates. The successful candidate will thrive on networking, providing an outstanding customer experience to candidates, hiring managers, and teammates alike. With a strong foundation in full life-cycle recruitment, this role requires someone who understands the importance of each interaction as an opportunity to enhance client engagement and build collaborative partnerships across the organization.Key RequirementsMust-Have:Proven experience exclusively sourcing/recruiting commission-based sales reps (software/SaaS strongly preferred)Strong metrics ownership – must be able to speak to KPIs and data in depth during interviewsIdeally Workday ATS experienceSkills/Attributes:Works with speed & quality in balanceCan pivot quickly when candidates drop late in the processUnderstands time-to-fill, recalibration, and pipeline managementComfortable collaborating in large recruiting teamsResponsibilitiesSource, attract, and engage top talent for the Global Revenue teamManage full life-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptanceBuild & maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand needsUse data-driven strategies to enhance recruiting successMaintain a healthy candidate pipeline through proactive networkingEnsure compliance with OFCCP guidelinesDocument all recruitment activities in ATSDeliver exceptional candidate & stakeholder experienceQualifications5+ years’ experience recruiting for all levels of an organization2+ years full life-cycle recruiting in a software/technology companyMust have commission-based sales recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferredThis is an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in talent acquisition within a dynamic organization.
