Shape the Future.About the RoleThe Director of Talent Management will design and deliver strategies that strengthen associate engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role is highly collaborative, leveraging data and insights to shape programs that build a strong, inclusive workplace. Experience in hospice or healthcare is highly valued.As a Director of Talent Management, You Will:Lead the design and execution of talent strategies and programs in partnership with HR leaders.Drive associate engagement through surveying and feedback strategies, using Qualtrics to gather insights and tell data-driven stories.Facilitate team and leadership development experiences that build collaboration, skills, and organizational effectiveness.Partner with the Total Rewards team on the administration of Education Benefits.Deploy leadership development programs and frameworks to strengthen the pipeline of leaders.Provide consultation on associate experience, career pathing, leadership behaviors, and change management.Design and deliver learning programs, applying instructional design principles to ensure impact and scalability.Track and analyze metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements.As needed, partner across HR to drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving associate experience.This is a HYBRID IN-OFFICE/REMOTE role at our Atlanta, GA Headquarters.
