This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in contested probate, trust, and fiduciary matters while handling a wide range of civil litigation. Attorneys in this group enjoy meaningful client interaction, a collegial environment, and the ability to take ownership of cases from start to finish.Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation - from drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery to court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
