With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.Snapshot$40.87 - $41.88 per hourMonday – FridayKey ResponsibilitiesResearch and propose performance and learning initiatives aligned with talent management strategy.Implement and improve performance management tools and processes.Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations.Assist in the development and execution of talent review processes at various organizational levels.Support succession planning and the creation of targeted development plans for high-potential talent.Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, showcasing insights and strategic recommendations.Manage complex talent management deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.Foster collaboration and maintain rapport with stakeholders to achieve business results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of experience in similar fields.Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation design, including data visualization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with talent and performance management trends in the industry.Preferred Job QualificationsMaster’s degree in a related field.Experience with Workday or similar performance management systems.3 years of talent management experience in a corporate environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and automated workflows using Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.Apply today!#GraceAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
