Job Overview:A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel attorney for its Riverside, CA office. The role will involve defending and litigating a wide range of employment-related claims, advising and counseling employers on labor law matters, and representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing employment litigation cases in a first-chair capacity, with a strong understanding of class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related issues.Location:Riverside, CADuties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law matters.Represent employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations.Handle various employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases.Manage litigation cases in a first-chair capacity, ensuring quality representation and timely resolution of matters.Provide guidance and supervision to associates and paralegals, delegating assignments and offering feedback as necessary.Requirements:Minimum of 9 years of experience in employment litigation, with significant experience managing cases in a first-chair capacity.Class Action/PAGA experience preferred but not -depth understanding of both state and federal agency procedures.Proven ability to handle complex employment-related claims in a variety of legal forums.Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals, including delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.Certifications:Active and current membership in the California State Bar in good standing.Skills:Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.Highly organized with excellent time management and project management abilities.Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership, professionalism, and teamwork prehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility between remote and in-office pany info #J-18808-Ljbffr
