We hire directly out of Undergraduate and Master’s programs as well as from a variety of employers from both the public and private sectors.Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Accounting or Mathematical Statistics with modules in macro-finance, capital markets, financial modeling, corporate finance, valuationsRelevant professional or internship experience within investment banking, asset/wealth management, financial consulting or private equityAdaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellenceStrong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and develop financial modelsDesire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentAbility to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundariesStrong written and oral communication skillsTeam player who can collaborate with multiple functional areasPlease note: You must have already graduated to be eligible for this terview ProcessOur interview process is centered around real case studies, offering candidates a window into the types of problems we solve at Keystone.
