Our compensation package includes: 401k employer matching program, Profit Sharing Plan.Salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000, with variations based on location (Canada vs. U.S.) and tenure.Apply processInterested? We are committed to equity, inclusion and diversity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.Senior Research Consultant – responsibilitiesManage all stages of the market research project cycle including design of questionnaires and discussion guides; oversee data collection and quality control; identify and write up analytical findings; visualize and report quantitative and qualitative findings; report writing and delivering high-quality deliverables; work with marketing research software packages.Help proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships.Mentor and manage junior researchers on project execution and client management.Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills for planning and implementing both strategic and tactical project timelines.Be a collaborative, positive team member who cares about the company, strategy and market reputation.What Reach3’s next Senior Research Consultant will bringExceptional hands-on research expertise, including questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization and creative report writing.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions when facing roadblocks.Passion to learn, achieve and accomplish great things.Enthusiasm for coaching and training junior researchers, and openness to being mentored by senior colleagues.Tech savviness with online market research methodologies and platforms.Ability to extract meaningful nuggets from qualitative and quantitative data and tell the story in numbers.Creative data visualization and reporting skills that impress colleagues and clients.Passion for unlocking consumer insights to drive agile decision making.QualificationsUniversity or College degree.5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience, preferably with a supplier side organization.Background in Technology or Financial Services industries.Experience with a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Experience managing end-to-end market research projects including questionnaire design, analysis, visualization, reporting, and use of marketing research software.Experience mentoring and managing junior researchers.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and quick learner of new technologies.Analytical orientation and strong numeric problem-solving ability.Strong client service orientation.Apply for this jobIf you think you’re a good fit, please submit your resume.
