We offer top salaries and commissions of settlements generated and bonuses.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury and mass tort files, including trial preparation and progression through disposition.Conduct trials, handle court appearances and depositions, and manage case strategy and client communications.Prepare and argue motions, maintain accurate file documentation, and collaborate with senior attorneys as needed.QualificationsPrior personal injury trial experience required.Experience running files, court appearances, and depositions.Strong written and oral advocacy skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Employment detailsLocation: New York, NYSalary: $95,000.00-$115,000.00Compensation: commissions on settlements generated and bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
