Develop supporting documentation, including evaluation reports.Technical Support, Resource Development, Training & PresentationsProvide technical expertise to team and consult with customers on applications and solutionsCreate technical, sales, and marketing resources to promote products and servicesDeliver training, presentations, and insights to educate team, customers, engineers and specifiersCommercial Services & Support LeadershipDevelop and maintain genuine relationships with customersDevelop strategy and vision for commercial salesMeet or exceed annual revenue budget and department KPIsEducation, Experience and Additional SkillsProfessional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license(s)Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience in Geotechnical or Structural EngineeringFamiliarity with soil mechanics, deep foundation design, as well as general knowledge of residential and commercial constructionProven Leadership: Experience leading engineering or technical teams, with a track record of casting vision, driving accountability, and inspiring excellenceTechnical Expertise: Strong engineering background with experience in product development and/or technical support, with in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
