Products include Customer Service Management, Sales and Order Management, Field Service Management, and industry vertical solutions, delivering omnichannel engagement and operations across front, middle, and back offices on a single AI-powered platform.The Role: Outbound Product Managers help scale one of the fastest-growing ServiceNow business units by combining a deep understanding of product capabilities with market and competitive dynamics to inform roadmaps and help our GTM, partner, and customer ecosystem understand value.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality enablement content describing the value of product innovations with a focus on Salesforce automation and lead-to-Cash processes to drive GTM successDevelop a deep understanding of and document customer use cases and success outcomes to influence product roadmapsDevelop best practices assets to drive product adoption by customers and partnersBecome a trusted resource to promote the ServiceNow CRM portfolio, including Lead & Opportunity Management, CPQ, and Order Management products’ vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, and analyst firmsCollaborate with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Success, and Global Partnerships and Alliances to define product strategy, release themes, go-to-market, and customer adoption plansLead pricing and packaging efforts in coordination with BU stakeholders and corporate pricing to optimize market adoptionDefine and execute new product launch strategy with relevant product, marketing, and GTM stakeholders and leadershipLead cross-functional teams to accomplish goalsQualifications15+ years of Product Management or related experience in a customer-facing roleStrong expertise in shipping commercial software products for Salesforce Automation (SFA), Lead-to-Cash processes (CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Revenue Orchestration); direct experience in CRM, SFA or CPQ domains is requiredExperience in configuring and shipping enterprise software products is requiredExperience in Development/Functional Consulting functions is a plusVery strong written and oral communication skillsExcellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executive staff, cross-functional teams, and third pensation and BenefitsFor positions in this location, base pay ranges from $217,500 to $380,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure. Base pay is a guideline and total compensation varies by qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
