Overview Helping Build Leadership Teams in Biotech | Executive Search & VC Network at Partnology What you’ll do Define and execute holistic therapeutic strategies to build scalable internal pipelines in immunology, inflammation, and related areas. Lead therapeutic programs from concept through clinical proof-of-concept. Build and manage the therapeutic development team within a fully integrated R&D framework. Collaborate closely with discovery and platform teams to iteratively identify and advance therapeutic candidates. Engage with external partners to drive collaborative projects and licensing opportunities. What we’re looking for Strategic thinker with a track record of defining therapeutic direction, creating value, and driving differentiation. Deep expertise in target biology and disease indications, particularly in immunology and inflammation. 12+ years of biotech or pharma experience successfully advancing multiple antibody programs from preclinical to the clinic. Experienced in building and leading integrated development teams across preclinical, translational, CMC, regulatory, and early clinical functions. Strong operational and program management skills, capable of executing efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment. Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in interdisciplinary teams. PhD or MD in Immunology or a related field.
