Leads the applications design, development, and delivery efforts in support of maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise applications. Provides direction for the application team. Develops the overall applications strategy and directs the execution of departmental activities.ResponsibilitiesManaging the support of the Production business applications, including system modifications and maintenanceApplication support, development, and deploymentResponsible for business relationships, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the business users/' known and emerging needs.Building, managing, and delivering a portfolio of technology programs and projects that improve business process capabilitiesDeveloping and managing an Applications plan, working with the senior management of the businessDirecting and evaluating feasibility studies, project scoping, and project planning for business application projectsDefine, plan, and direct the execution of a broad range of technical projects, while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.Establishing priorities and schedules for the business application projectQualificationsAt least 15 years’ hands-on experience in requirements gathering & documentation, design, testing, implementation, and support of the SAP FI/CO/SD/WM/HR.Sound technical knowledge acquired from performing SAP configurations, customizations, system administration, and working on interfaces.ERP project management process knowledge is essentialWorking knowledge of supply chain solutions and other capabilities enabled by SAP or other ERP solutions.Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and TechnologyRequired to have strong order management system experience, be able to analyze complex business problems and procedures, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operationsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with SAPSemiconductor industry experience preferredBilingual preferred (English, Korean)SKHYA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
