We value curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and expertise, and strive to push boundaries to exceed client expectations.About The Opportunity We are seeking an IT Director to centralize and streamline IT operations currently managed by multiple people. This role is an individual contributor position with broad impact across the organization. You will be responsible for provisioning hardware, software, and equipment; building an inventory and procurement process for new hires and ongoing needs; and ensuring smooth systems administration. This role also plays a critical part in maintaining SOC 2 compliance and ensuring company-wide policy adherence. You will develop and implement technology strategies that align with our mission and support growth, and create IT policies, procedures, and best practices to keep our environment secure, scalable, and effective.What You’ll DoInfrastructure & Systems Management: Oversee administration, provisioning, deployment, security, and optimization of corporate IT systems and assets (Microsoft, Google, Slack, HubSpot, Nutshell)Manage endpoint security, access control, and system monitoring to safeguard company dataImplement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plansPlan and execute updates to systems and equipment, ensuring alignment with technological advancesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating proceduresManage IT service requests, incidents, and escalations, ensuring timely resolutionSecurity, Compliance & Policy: Enforce and regularly review IT policies, procedures, and best practicesEnsure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)Monitor threats and implement security protocols to protect company dataVendor & Budget Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external technology vendorsOversee IT budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial alignment with company goalsInnovation & Strategic Projects: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business performanceLead IT-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and ROICollaborate with other departments to align IT services with organizational needsSupport new hire onboarding/offboarding and oversee equipment procurementWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field7-10 years in technical support or service desk rolesStrong technical knowledge of cloud operating systems, hardware, software applications, networking concepts, and various IT domainsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle complex technical issues and escalationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levelsOwnership-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfactionProficiency in CRM software and account management tools to manage client relationships and track interactionsKnowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practicesTechnical certifications (e.g., PMP or CompTIA Project+) and IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS, CompTIA Security+) are advantageousAbility to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripheralsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $140,000-$160,000Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to rechargeComprehensive health, vision & dental insurance401k with company contributionBeautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass)Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growthWhat To Expect1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager3rd Round: Assessment(s)4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring TeamWe are a fully onsite work environment and require daily presence at our LoDo office by Union Station.MarketOnce will accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis.
