Job Description

OverviewMeta Reality Labs is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Channel Enablement Manager for wearables Eyewear Channel. This experienced individual will be responsible for and oversee marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with our partners. The candidate should possess analytical skills with experience in communicating and collaborating effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships internally and externally. The candidate should possess marketing background with expertise in presenting end to end launch plans. This role requires travel to present and gather customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Channel Marketing, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goalsLeading, applying and executing Meta RL Channel Marketing strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicatorsCoordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partnersTaking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projectsAssessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions—creativelyInfluencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settingsManaging, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiencyProviding point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managedCompleting and examining campaigns and projectsProviding active input during Channel Marketing goal creation processInfluencing retail Channel Marketing team and accounts they supportBuilding and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterpartsMinimum Qualifications5+ years experience in a channel marketing/sales role or relatable experienceExperience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large channel marketing budgetsExperience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examplesDemonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brandExperience with working with visual merchandising and field services programs/teamsExperience and clear understanding of how retailers measure and manage their businesses. GMROI, inventory turns, etcDemonstrable, proven presentation skills requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailersGlobal retail experience (outside of the US)Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socializeExperience with budgeting and forecastingPeople management experienceAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
