This is a unique opportunity to work across project finance, M&A, tax equity, and capital markets strategy while supporting a world-class portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, storage, and transmission assets.This role is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday through Thursday). The office can be easily accessed via the ferry or BART.About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in structuring and executing complex financial transactions that fund the company’s investments in renewable infrastructure. The team operates at the intersection of finance, development, and operations, and is highly collaborative. You’ll gain visibility into senior decision-making and investor engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain complex financial models from scratchSupport due diligence and risk assessment on active transactionsAnalyze capital structure options and develop creative financing solutionsPrepare internal and external investment presentationsEngage with lenders, tax equity investors, and development partnersConduct market research, pricing analysis, and scenario modelingQualifications1-3 years of experience in project finance, M&A, or structured financeRenewable energy sector exposure required (wind, solar, storage, or transmission)Backgrounds of interest include: independent power producers (IPPs), investment banking, infrastructure private equity, or clean energy developersProficiency in financial modeling and valuationStrong communication skills and attention to detailBachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldVisa InfoNo H1B sponsorship.
