Work Location: Hybrid.What you will doNeutrogena is a dermatologist-recommended skincare brand and leader in the Skin Health & Beauty category. The role leads the U.S. GTM and marketing strategy for the Sun & Makeup categories, shaping the next chapter of one of America’s most iconic brands. Responsibilities include developing and executing the tactical annual marketing plan, identifying local marketing opportunities, managing external vendor agencies, and directing annual communications and research, collaborating with the Advocacy team to support the strategic marketing plan.Key responsibilitiesShape and deliver holistic commercial strategy for US Neutrogena Sun & Makeup portfolioManage Sun & Makeup P&L and investment strategy; lead strategic decisions to maximize Net Sales and Brand ContributionLead development of annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business planLead portfolio management strategy (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for US Neutrogena Sun & MakeupLead team to build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful resultsMonitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunitiesLead the commercialization of product launches for the US marketOversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadershipBuild relationships with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomesLead and develop a high-performing team of four direct-line reportsParticipate as a member of the US Neutrogena Leadership teamInfluence the global marketing team to develop a pipeline that meets consumer and stakeholder needsRequired QualificationsNote: Strong language converted to bold where applicableA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredA minimum of 10-12 years of related marketing experience in the Beauty industryExperience in Mass Beauty with fluency in KPIs of Mass & omni-beauty classes of tradeDesired QualificationsDemonstrated success in enabling business growth and strategy developmentAbility to influence decision-making at Top-to-Top levels within and across organizationsStrong analytical skills with ability to forecast and translate data into actionable strategiesExcellent verbal and written communicationProven leadership experience, coaching and mentoring teams, and developing a pipeline of high performersAbility to lead through ambiguity, conflict and complexityStrong alignment with Leadership ImperativesProven track record of driving category growth and innovationExperience in a seasonal businessStrong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skillsDeep knowledge of the US Sun & Makeup market and consumer trendsGrowth mindset and adaptabilityHands-on, insightful approach to strategy and executionWhat’s In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $183,175.00 - $258,600.00.
