Our facilities are part of the Global Lighthouse Network for advanced 4IR innovations and Sustainability Lighthouses for breakthroughs in efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the future generation of 3D NAND flash.Contribute to defining new device architectures, scaling paths, process improvement and novel device operating strategies for cutting-edge memory technologies.Develop new device types, design and process architectures involving novel materials, structures and operating algorithms to deliver leadership in performance, reliability, power and cost.Understand existing technology limitations from first principles and create innovative ideas to solve problems.QualificationsPhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a related field.
