EisnerAmper offers a collaborative culture with autonomy to shape your career and the tools to succeed.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and coordinating R&D tax credit consulting services for clients.Preparing the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims.Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects.Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field10+ years of Accounting Experience and/or Research & Development Credits (R&D)Preferred/Desired QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or otherCPA or equivalentAbout EisnerAmperEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. The range for other geographies may vary based on market differences.
