Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners with leadership across business units to design and implement strategic HR programs that enable operational excellence, workforce unification, and an exceptional employee experience. This position is 100% onsite in Carson, CA.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of people operations processes, systems, and programs with a focus on employee experience and operational effectiveness.Serve as enterprise-wide HCM owner for ADP, optimizing system functionality across all HR modules.Oversee payroll systems administration and standardize payroll and timekeeping processes across departments.Develop and implement “best-fit” compensation structures, benefits programs, and total rewards strategies to enhance retention and equity.Champion change management initiatives and employee communications that drive engagement and alignment.Identify, implement, and manage learning and performance systems to support career development, succession planning, and continuous improvement.Manage the end-to-end applicant tracking process to attract, hire, and onboard high-quality talent.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.Implement and manage workforce analytics tools to drive data-informed HR decisions.Oversee digital and physical HR records systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with significant expertise in ADP WFN HRIS systems.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience in leading enterprise HR initiatives including change management, data analytics, and systems optimization.Advanced proficiency in ADP HCM, including configuration, testing, and implementation of system modules.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading multi-site or enterprise-level HR transformations.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LMS platforms, and digital personnel file systems.Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and influence pensation & BenefitsBase pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yrBenefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and sick leaveApplication InstructionsQualified candidates are encouraged to apply directly through this posting.
