OverviewVCA San Carlos Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to help lead our team. Our practice currently has 11 doctors and recently moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility on Industrial Drive. Our hospital offers both General Practice services as well as Internal Medicine.ResponsibilitiesStaff ManagementClient ManagementOffice ManagementProduction ManagementFinancial ManagementMarketing ManagementMeetingsFacility MaintenanceCommunicationQualificationsHigh School Diploma. Some college education preferred.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in medical care facility operations management with profit and loss responsibility.Budget management experience.Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.Human resource skills.Training and client relations experience.Thorough knowledge of the veterinary pensation and BenefitsAnnual salary range: $100,000-115,000 per year.
