OverviewAdams & Martin Group currently has an opening in Minneapolis for a construction litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in transactional and/or litigation construction law (i.e., drafting pleadings, participating in discovery and motion practice, assisting in arbitration and trial, etc.; and construction contract review, drafting and negotiation). Knowledge of lien laws, bid protests, delay and impact claims, and governmental contracts is preferred. Practice experience in general litigation could be considered in lieu of the requisite construction litigation experience for applicants willing to commit to learning construction practice.
