The successful candidate will have a heavy focus on operations, manufacturing, finance, and HR, and will play a critical role in driving the success of the company.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the operations and manufacturing functions of the company, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectivelyManage the company's financials, including preparing and analyzing P&L statementsLead and manage the HR team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employeesImplement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial reportingCollaborate with other department heads to develop and implement company strategyDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma processes improvementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on operations and financeStrong knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgetingExtensive experience in the manufacturing industryLean Six Sigma certification is a plusStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsThis is a highly visible role with significant responsibility and the potential for career growth.
