Today, we manage over $30 billion in assets across a diversified client base consisting primarily of both financial intermediaries and institutional investors.We are seeking a full-time project-minded candidate to join our marketing/client service team. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone looking to pursue a long-term career in asset management.Your ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and craft accurate and relevant responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI). Respond to client specific inquiries from consultants or advisors. Gather and analyze relevant data and answers from different financial ternal Marketing support: Create and update factsheets, presentations, and commentariesSupport our Sales team with ad-hoc marketing materials, product positioning materials and reportingClient Reporting & Analytics Maintain and update external performance reporting databases and client databasesAnalyze the necessary data and respond to data requests from clients or their advisorsOther responsibilities & Internal Coordination Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, investment, trading, and compliance teams on ad-hoc projects.What You Will NeedSuccessful attributes for this role include strong writing, analytical, project management, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of financial concepts and the ability to interpret documents. With less than 30 employees the candidate should display comfort with autonomy and an ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously in the face of shifting priorities. You will collaborate on a frequent basis with investment, sales, and compliance colleagues.Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of relevant work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work efficientlyAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment, demonstrating solid judgment, planning, collaborating, and organization skillsStrong work ethicProficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointIn-person at our San Mateo, CA office five days per week with the opportunity to learn from peer mentors and grow their career.
