You will work closely with the People and Marketing teams to design and deliver a world-class employer brand strategy. Your work will shape how Invisible shows up to the market, telling our story of human + AI innovation, amplifying our Employee Value Proposition, and inspiring top talent to join, grow, and thrive here.This is a hybrid position based in one of our US office hubs (New York, Austin, San Francisco, DC), with an expectation of working from the office a few days per week to support high-impact, in-person collaboration with key stakeholders. What You’ll DoOwn and evolve our talent brand strategy to attract elite candidates who add to our culture and align to our valuesCreate and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that expand awareness of job opportunities and strengthen Invisible’s reputation as a destination employerDevelop and deliver multimedia content, employee stories, and thought leadership to enrich our external channels and social media presenceEnsure brand consistency across all candidate touchpoints, from awareness through onboardingIdentify and drive Invisible’s presence at key conferences, industry events, and award programs including speaking opportunities and sponsorshipsPartner with executives and thought leaders to extend Invisible’s brand externallyTrack, analyze, and report on the impact of brand campaigns, using data to inform decisions and optimize ROI What We Need6–10 years of experience spanning marketing, branding, communications, and talent strategyProven ability to tell compelling stories across formats and channels, with strong writing and creative instinctsExperience leveraging data and analytics to measure employer branding effectiveness (e.g., campaign performance, pipeline metrics, social engagement)Track record of building and managing cross-functional partnerships across all levels of an organizationA self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a direct, tangible impact on a rapidly growing companyFantastic written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and the ability to self-directAbility to work a hybrid schedule, averaging 2–3 days per week in one of our office hubs What’s In It For YouInvisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity. For this position, the annual salary ranges by location are:$126,000 - $148,000 USD (New York)$114,000 - $134,000 USD (Austin)$103,000 - $121,000 USD (San Francisco / DC)An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique. Additional details on total compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
