For full labeling information, visit The other Welldoc products are non-FDA-cleared and intended to promote general wellness and education/self-management of various chronic disease states.Job PurposeWe’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager/Director of Digital Marketing Tech Operations to lead the performance, optimization, and innovation of our digital marketing ecosystem. This role will report directly to the VP of Integrated Marketing and serve as a key driver in scaling our marketing technology infrastructure—including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)—while also managing website operations and digital performance analytics.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep MarTech expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven background in healthcare marketing. They’ll bring a creative eye for digital experiences (without being a designer), sharp attention to detail, and the analytical expertise to turn data into actionable strategy.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation: SFMC & Pardot Expert — Serve as the technical expert for SFMC and Pardot, managing platform configurations, integrations, data flows, and security/authentication protocols. SFMC certification is a plus.Journey Architecture — Architect, design, and implement complex, multi-channel customer journeys that leverage automation, personalization, and dynamic content to maximize engagement.Technical Implementation — Build and maintain data extensions, create SQL queries, and develop advanced segmentation strategies.Process Optimization — Establish and continually refine standardized processes for campaign execution, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.Performance Monitoring — Utilize advanced analytics to track campaign performance, deliverability, and attribution. Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.Data Integration — Collaborate with IT and data teams to seamlessly integrate marketing data across platforms (CRM, analytics, etc.).Technical Troubleshooting — Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SFMC and Pardot, working with internal Product, CRM & Data Science teams as well as SFMC Consultant & Salesforce tech support as needed.Website ManagementStrategic Ownership — Serve as the sole internal owner of the corporate website, responsible for its overall health, functionality, and strategic alignment with marketing goals. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external web agency.Content Management & UX Oversight — Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle—from intake and publishing to optimization. Convert creative designs into responsive, brand-aligned web pages using Webflow, ensuring accessibility, SEO, and user experience best practices.Web Project Leadership — Intake, scope, and prioritize incoming web requests across the organization. Lead cross-functional projects for new landing pages, campaigns, and content updates.Optimization & Technical Oversight — Regularly audit website performance and content effectiveness. Use insights to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and technical SEO improvements.Hands-On Troubleshooting & CMS Maintenance — Serve as the first line of support for website troubleshooting—resolving CMS issues, broken links, formatting errors directly, and escalating development needs to the agency when appropriate.Performance Analytics & Reporting — Own website analytics and performance reporting, using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to track engagement, bounce rates, site speed, and conversions. Translate data into recommendations for improving UX, navigation, and content strategy.Technical Enhancements & Site Health — Identify and scope enhancements such as improved page load speed, mobile optimization, and CMS upgrades. Partner with the web agency to implement development projects, while ensuring a smooth user experience.Security & Compliance — Oversee website security protocols and ensure timely patching and updates. Maintain compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations, accessibility standards, and performance benchmarks.Analytics, Insights & Decision-MakingCollaborate with Data Science to shape dashboards and reporting for user engagement, product activation, brand awareness, and demand terpret and present performance insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize digital campaigns across B2B and B2C channels.Use data to identify opportunities for improving user journeys, lead conversion, and marketing effectiveness.Deliver insights to internal stakeholders and executives, ensuring data drives continuous improvement and alignment to business goals.Leadership & CollaborationLead by doing — this is a player-coach role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution.Manage and mentor a small but growing digital operations team.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, IT, Product, CRM and Data Science to drive alignment, innovation, and execution excellence.Manage vendor and platform relationships to support scalability and operational excellence.Required Skills & ExperienceIndustry Experience5+ years in healthcare, digital health, or life sciences marketing; must understand regulatory and compliance considerations.Marketing Technology Expertise5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (core platform) including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio.Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) for lead management and nurturing.Skilled in troubleshooting issues across SFMC and Salesforce integrations.Experience with SQL and HTML/CSS.Analytics & ExecutionHighly skilled in reporting and interpreting digital marketing metrics; experience using tools like Google Analytics, GDS and Power BI.Required EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related pensation & BenefitsWelldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000-$140,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant.Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process.
