Our services include digital advertising, social and reputation management, and market analytics solutions that deliver innovative tools for our customers.Learn more about .ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact salespeople capable of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Spend 3–4 days per week in the field on sales calls with their salespeople and provide coaching and training to enhance sales effectiveness and quotas.Manage the identification, prioritization and winning of new client relationships, as well as retention and growth of current clients, while engaging major accounts in the market.Monitor sales performance and hold salespeople accountable to required activity levels and client relationships to meet targets and standards.Manage weekly activities, including attendance at Monday Morning Sales Meetings, office attendance, and use of the Enterprise CRM for activities, pipelines, and account assignments.Establish individual and team performance targets aligned with overall business goals; monitor performance and address issues to achieve targets.Develop and mentor all team members.Ensure CoStar Group culture and values are adopted by team members.Basic QualificationsFive or more years of experience in a front-line sales leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.Three or more years of experience directly managing a team of 5+ employees, including the ability to attract, hire and develop a high-performing sales team.Experience managing a book of business with annual revenue exceeding $1 million.Experience in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced sales environment with a short sales cycle.Proven track record of commitment to prior employers.Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college, or a minimum of four years of Multifamily or Digital Marketing experience.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsStrong track record of mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve high performance.Experience leading a sales team with a focus on customer service.Proven ability to rapidly grow a sales territory through new client acquisition and existing account growth, consistently exceeding targets.Ability to build long-term relationships with clients at all levels.Effective internal and external relationship-building skills, including with C-Suite executives.Ability to retain proven sales producers and address non-producers.Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth company.What’s in it for you?Join CoStar Group to experience a collaborative and innovative culture.
